Who can submit documents?
Redined has developed a document archive system for teachers and researchers.
- First, specific domains (unex.es, madrid.org, uniovi.es, etc.), which depend on and belong to each Autonomous Community, are gradually activated. Users must provide e-mails based on the previously activated domains. The system will then send back a message containing a link to access the submission form.
- The submission form is a simplified version of the Dspace general form. It includes fields to provide a general document description, information about the authors, acceptance of the repository rules and file(s) submission.
- Each domain (Autonomous Communities may provide different domains) may provide documents to the different collections (Innovation/Researches/Resources). Autonomous communities are responsible for processing submissions, verifying Redined acceptance criteria and requirements, completing metadata, locating documents in the appropriate collections, etc.
Who can submit documents?
As of today, only teachers and researchers of different education levels from the Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura may submit documents. Thus, only e-mails based on the @juntaex.es, @unex.es or @edu.juntaex.es are currently activated.
